Staff report -- Local photographer Larry Neel has his "Antarctica!" exhibit hung and ready for a May 18th reception at the Northwest Reno Library north of McQueen High School on Robb Drive. The reception will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm. The exhibit will be up until June 26, 2019.
