NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of COUTCHER FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 15, 1995. The Settlors of said Trust, BRADFORD COUTCHER and DIANE COUTCHER died on June 28, 2020 and September 13, 2022 respectively. Any creditor having a claim against either of the Settlors or the Trust Estate must file the claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
