Senior Cut Days - a Made in Nevada Movie Premiers in Fallon Friday
Senior Cut Days premiers at Fox Peak Friday, November 11

A Baltimore filmmaker spent five months in Northern Nevada making a movie earlier this year that premiers at the Fox Peak Theater on Friday night, November 11, at 7 p.m.

The suspense thriller from Director/Producer Alvin Gray tells the story of two young women traveling to a small town in Northern Nevada called Oldtown to film a documentary on the story of Julia Bulette. While taking a quick rest on the outskirts of town, the two stop for food and come across much more than a ghost story.

“I filmed throughout northern Nevada, including Hazen, Fallon, Reno, Wadsworth, and Middlegate,” said Gray. “Both Papas Ranchhouse Pizzeria in Wadsworth and the Middlegate Bar were extremely helpful with allowing us to shoot scenes in their businesses.”

Gray is known for his unique cinematography and has produced both movies as well as music videos for NFL and NBA players and Grammy and Emmy Award-winning artists.

“We had a lot of challenges along the way, but we got it done and we’re ready to show the whole of Northern Nevada,” said Gray. “This movie premiere will bring all the actors, friends, family, and fans together under one roof to watch the highly anticipated film, Senior Cut Day.”

We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
