Caution this morning on Reno Hwy

An early morning crash on Highway 50 and York Lane closed traffic in both directions with preliminary reports of a pedestrian being hit. Traffic was re-routed westbound through Gummow Drive and eastbound around McLean.

Currently, westbound traffic has been opened, and troopers are still working to clear the eastbound lanes. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.

This is an ongoing story and will be updated as soon as information becomes available.
