Movies and More - Upcoming at The Fallon Theatre

Movies and More - Upcoming at The Fallon Theatre

Happy Thanksgiving everyone from all of us at the Fallon Theatre. We will be closed on Thanksgiving evening, but we will be open Saturday with two great movies – one for the kids and one for the rest of us.

Showing at 6 p.m. Saturday evening the 2019 animated film Frozen II as it takes the main characters traveling to an ancient, autumn-bound forest in an enchanted land.  They set out to find the origin of Elsa’s powers in order to save their kingdom.

Showing at 6 p.m. is the 1987 comedy film directed by Rob Reiner, Princess Bride. A grandfather regales his ailing grandson with a tale of romance and adventure in this lighthearted fairy tale full of swashbuckling, romance, and outrageously hilarious spoofery. It has reigned as a fairy-tale classic.

All our movies are free and our concessions are ready for a large appetite or a little snack to make your movie experience more enjoyable.

The Lahontan Valley Concert Choir will be performing on our stage following the Annual Maine Street Tree Lighting on Friday, December 3. Follow the choir into the theater to enjoy the many Christmas classics they will be singing.

We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
