Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) stopped in Fallon last Friday, August 21, visiting with elected officials and county staff as she toured the Rafter 3C construction site. Masto also met with Truckee-Carson Irrigation officials to discuss the drought and how it affects local farmers. She toured the Truckee Canal Extraordinary Maintenance project and discussed potential funding of the canal repairs, enhancements, and lining segments.
