TCID Water Users' Meeting -- Carson Division March 27th

The Truckee-Carson Irrigation District will hold the Newlands Project, Carson Division, Annual Water Users’ Meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the County Commission Chambers, 155 N. Taylor Street, in Fallon. TCID General Manager Rusty Jardine said the water year will start with a 100% allocation and the District expects to begin making water deliveries beginning on or about the 1^st of April. Water for livestock should be available by the end of this week. Regular maintenance on the project facilities continues in anticipation of the water season and the district is scheduled to begin releasing water this coming Monday to fill ditches and charge the system.
