Music Review -- Silk Sonic

Bruno Mars and Anderson Paak teamed-up and gave us a taste of their future collaboration in their new single “Silk Sonic.” Take the voice of Bruno Mars with his soul and disco background and add Anderson Paak’s vocals with his Motown background. Together they make a silky, nostalgic soul and funk sound that I cannot wait to get more of. The duo announced their partnership and single hours before the official drop, and I can see why they wanted to keep it a secret. This new partnership is just in time for songs of the summer and I cannot wait to see what they release next.
