As the seasons change and Northern Nevada gets a bit warmer weather, I love to jump back into Shakespeare plays and sonnets. There is something about Shakespeare’s comedy and tone that hits extra special to my soul, the warmer the weather is.
My two favorites, Much Ado About Nothing and Sonnet 130 are great examples of what I mean. Two people who sound as though they despise each other, find the things they love about each other the most. They are both early romantic comedies, but with more comedy and less of a cheesy romance — making them even better.
