First Time Listen -- Good Day

First Time Listen -- Good Day

Apollo LTD released an EP, or mini album, on New Year’s Eve that is as optimistic, as we all are, for the future of 2021.
The title track “Good Day,” is first on the track list and builds a good mood right off the bat. The song has a similar sound to a summer beach day song also titled “Good Day” by Nappy Roots. Apollo LTD teamed up with Social Club Misfits to create an EP of pop-alt songs for listeners who want a happy workday.
This EP has a central theme dedicated to what Apollo mentions in one of his tracks, “It’s gotta get better.”
The saddest part of this album is the beginning of the track “Patient,” and even that track becomes optimistic by the time the chorus hits. This album is just an overall sense of power, optimism, and happiness to kick off the soon-to-be-never-ending days of 2021.

His mother, father, Karen and Trent were neighbors of ours in Tonopah, Nevada. We moved to Fallon first and then the Kroll's later moved there also. Mother and Wanda were good friends. My brother Michael and Trent were playmates in Tonopah. Mother and my three little children visited the family at their ranch in Fallon. My condolences to Frank's family.
