In my professionally personal opinion, it is too hot in Nevada to eat any type of soup until early January. However, VN Pho has swayed my opinion.
When I eat Asian food, especially Vietnamese, I look for an incredible balance of flavors that are light and harmonious. VN Pho does just that. Their pho – pronounced phonetically as fa, for those who are very confused – has an excellent balance of fresh and aromatic veggies, along with a slight kick from some sriracha paste and jalapeños.
The excellent thing about VN Pho’s menu, is that every dish has the same quality. From their spring rolls, to noodle dishes, everything has been made for quality. And their service matches.
