Cardin Realty Pros Ribbon Cutting

Cardin Realty Pros Ribbon Cutting
The Fallon Chamber held a ribbon cutting last week for Cardin Realty Pros at one of their model homes in the Onda Verde housing development. Eric Flodman is overseeing the development of the property for Genica Nevada LLC, a group of Canadian investors who have purchased the subdivision, and his wife, Kellie, oversees the sales of the development. Kellie grew up in Fallon, Kellie Cardin, and graduated from Churchill County High School in 1984.  She began selling real estate in Fernley for Gary Hutchings in 1996 and opened her own store front, Cardin Realty in Fernley in 2004. Chamber members who attended the ribbon cutting and open house were treated to a tour of the new home which is the smallest floor plan at 1,597 square feet. The model home is listed for $269,000 and is the standard model with no upgrades, although touring through the home complete with local cabinets from Louie’s ACE Home Center, lumber from Kent’s Supply, and décor from Cranberry Cottage, feels like an upgraded home. Flodman said she also uses Llamas Nursery for gifts and plants when the houses sell along with a host of other local vendors. “We want to really feed local business,” she said. Lots in the subdivision run from 7,000 to 14,000 square feet, and home design plans range from 1,597 square feet to 1,953 square feet. Kellie Flodman can be reached at 775-575-9999 or [email protected], and the website for the subdivision is www.OndaVerdeLiving.com.  For more information about Cardin Realty Pros, go to www.www.FernleyNVHomes.com.

We reached out to the writer/submitter and got this info back...hope it's helpful. PBM: Pharmacy Benefit Managers are pharmacies that are owned by insurance companies. (CVS is one.) They negotiate with drug makers to get reduced pricing for medications, but they historically have not passed along those savings to patients. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pharmacy-benefit-managers-staff-report.pdf MFN: Most Favored Nation pricing is a policy that means a country agrees to offer the same trade concessions (like tariffs or price reductions) to all member nations of the World Trade Organization (WTO). When applied to pharmaceuticals, it could disrupt global access, deter innovation, and obscure the deeper systemic issues in American health care. https://petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2025/05/22/the-global-risks-of-americas-most-favored-nation-drug-pricing-policy/Comment publication date: 6/23/25, 7:47 AMComment source: L E T T E R TO THE EDITOR
