Two Car Wreck at 50/Roberson - Careflight Transports One

Three Nevada Highway Patrol vehicles blocked westbound traffic on Highway 50 at Roberson/Sheckler Cut-off due to an accident occurring shortly before 4:00 p.m., involving two vehicles. According to NHP incident command one driver was transported via Careflight.

Both NHP and Nevada Department of Transportation were on scene assisting with traffic control, alternating westbound traffic through eastbound travel lanes. Traffic moved slowly until the accident was cleared shortly after 5:00 p.m.
