Local Grocery Stores Offer Special Hours

Both Walmart and Safeway grocery stores in Fallon are offering special hours of operations for seniors. Walmart has reserved Tuesday mornings from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. for seniors. Safeway has set aside Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for seniors, expecting mothers, and immune compromised individuals only. Regular hours for both stores have been modified to allow for restocking and cleaning. Walmart is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Safeway is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.         Sign up to receive updates and the Friday File email notices.
