Members of the Churchill County High School Greenwave volleyball program gathered at Banner Churchill Community Hospital to celebrate another successful year of supporting breast cancer awareness. The team raised $2,029 during its annual Pink Out event Sept. 24 and donated the proceeds to the Churchill County Hospital Foundation. The fundraiser continues a tradition of generosity by Greenwave volleyball players, who have supported the foundation through their Pink Out activities for several years. The donation will benefit the foundation's work in the community.
