A 24-year-old man was taken into custody late Wednesday following a reported battery with a deadly weapon at the Big Horn Saloon that left two people injured, according to the Fallon Police Department.
Officers responded to the saloon at approximately 8 p.m. Oct. 1 after receiving a report of a battery with a deadly weapon involving three victims.
Two victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries and later released from the hospital. A third victim declined medical treatment.
Police identified the suspect as Brayden Castillo, 24, who had left the scene before officers arrived. Castillo was located at approximately 11 p.m. and taken into custody without incident.
Detectives said they believe the incident was isolated to the Big Horn Saloon and there was no known threat to the public.
