With the regional meet set for Oct. 5–6, Fallon girls golf closed its regular‑season schedule with two individual rounds at Fallon on Sept. 21 and at Fernley on Sept. 22.
At Fallon, Riley Guerrero shot a 100, and Lexie Malama‑Gomes finished at 144.
The next day at Fernley, Guerrero shot a 103, and Malama‑Gomes finished at 114.
Fallon did not have enough golfers for a team score in either event.
The Northern 3 Regional Meet will be held Monday at Lake Tahoe Golf Course and Tuesday at Tahoe Donner Golf Course. The individual with the lowest score not already on a qualifying team is guaranteed a spot in the state tournament. Additional golfers up to a maximum of six may advance to state only if they shoot a qualifying score of an average of 35-over-par per round.
