NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Crawford Family Living Trust Dated March 17, 2004 and Kade and Elizabeth Crawford made application on June 24, 2026, to change the point of diversion of 0.8467 c.f.s. and 397.74 a.f.a. of water from Permit 84825 from an underground source in Kelly Creek Area (Basin 066) for irrigation purposes. Diversion is to be made within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 01, T.37N., R.42E., M.D.B.&M., approximately 30 miles W-NW of Winnemucca, NV.
