Sandra Mary Breon Hyatt, age 79, was carried away by the Lord on September 14, 2026, after battling with COPD.
Sandy made her entrance into the world in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, on November 17, 1946. She moved with her husband and three small children to Fallon, making Nevada their home. She worked many places in Fallon through her years of living in Nevada. Her most memorable places that she loved to work at included Pizza Barn and JCPenney. She also co-owned Fallon Service and Repair with her husband, Bruce Hyatt Sr.
When not working, Sandy loved music, attending concerts, crafts, the holidays, holiday baking, throwing birthday parties for her children, coaching softball, running her son to baseball, wrestling, and football, hosting game/card nights with friends on the weekends, camping and traveling with her brothers-in-law and families. Her beautiful smile and laugh will be remembered by her family and friends.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her ex-husband, Bruce Hyatt Sr. She is survived by her children, Suzanne Hyatt (Scott Harding), Linda (Jasen) Moffitt, Bruce Hyatt Jr.; grandchildren: Bryce Hyatt, Sage Moffitt (Hannah Dobbins), Sierra (Stephen) Sullivan, Helen (Sam) Brewster, Wilhelmina Albaugh, and Waldo Albaugh.
Sandra was laid to rest through the process of cremation, her spirit now at peace. The family would like to extend gratitude to Smith Family Funeral Home, and their staff for their care, compassion, and professionalism. A formal service will not take place. There will be a private family gathering in honor of our mother at a later date at one of her most memorable camping places.
