On Friday, January 27, 2023, Matthew Biddinger passed away quietly at the age of 51.

At Nevada, he was one of the best freshman javelin throwers in the country and assisted his team to a Big West Track and Field Conference Championship.

Matt enjoyed being outdoors and could often be found grooming the grounds on his beloved family ranch, as well as helping others with their outdoor needs. He was also known for his sense of humor and quick smile.

Matthew was preceded in death by his mother Wanda, and brothers Robert Biddinger and Arnold Pritchard. He is survived by his daughter Isabel and son Luke, Father Steven Biddinger, sisters, Lara Biddinger, Debra Pritchard, Juanita Orozco, brother James Pritchard, and several nieces and nephews.
