My favorite restaurant to go to after Christmas is La Fiesta.After a large-scale and stressful holiday like Christmas, no one really wants to cook. Perhaps, you are also extremely tired of eating leftover Christmas dishes for every meal. La Fiesta is a perfect replacement. The family-owned and operated local icon, with its deliciously fresh culinary delights, almost feels like a second Christmas meal.I have a vivid memory from my time at school with one of the Sanchez children. He brought his lunch from home to the West End cafeteria -and we all begged him for a trade from our bologna sandwiches or Peanut Butter and Jellies. Fortunately, we can now join the Sanchez family for dinner any time. La Fiesta is also a great New Year's Eve dinner option. Why not trade left-overs for some warm, tasty food from La Fiesta Mexican Cuisine? My recommendation - the light and perfectly seasoned fish tacos.
